I had the chance to do some self-promotion via a print ad in a food magazine that I was working on. I only had an hour to put together the ad, as we were going to press soon and the editor needed to approve it. I wanted to find a link between food and design that would be simple, but extremely engaging. Went to Unsplash and found this gorgeous photo by Indonesian photographer Setyaki Irham (instagram @irhamsetyaki). Changed up a famous quote about "good food and good friends" and viola! Colorful, fun and yummy. I couldn't credit Setyaki on the ad itself, so I wanted to thank him here.
